We’ll take progress over process any day. Experience has taught us not to let operational stuff stand in the way of agile decision-making. Ending youth homelessness is a long-term, dynamic process so we constantly review and refine our approaches. We execute swiftly and react even faster to problems and opportunities that may spring up. We never get complacent. Or settle for the status quo. For us, everything is about building momentum and keeping it going.
